We collect the minimum of data and use it only to answer your enquiry and to understand which materials are useful to readers.
Who is responsible for your data
The website owner is Sole Proprietor O.V. Nechyporenko (Kyiv, 31 Kikvidze Street, office 95). Send questions about personal-data processing to info@finhelper.com.ua. For security reasons we do not publish the reception address until the end of martial law in Ukraine.
What data we collect
Contact-form data. When you send an enquiry, we receive only what you enter in the form — your name, contact (email and/or phone) and the message text.Anonymous view statistics. We count which pages are read so we can show a popular-materials block. These statistics do not contain data that could identify a specific person.How we process this data
Form enquiries are transmitted through the Google Apps Script service to our email and to a Google Sheets spreadsheet, where we store them to reply to you and not lose the request.
The anonymous view counter likewise sends data to Google Sheets. We do not combine it with form data and do not use it for profiling.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies and has no third-party trackers. For the interface to work (for example, to remember a popup's state during a visit) it uses the browser's technical sessionStorage, which is cleared when the tab closes and is not shared with third parties.
Who else has access to the data
The only external processor is Google LLC, whose services (Google Apps Script, Gmail, Google Sheets) we use as a tool to receive and store enquiries. We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.
Retention and your rights
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to communicate with you. You have the right to learn what data of yours we hold, correct it or ask us to delete it — write to info@finhelper.com.ua and we will handle the request.
